Hey, guys! Since Google Analytics UA is going to be deprecated in 2023, the connector should be updated to work with GA4 Properties. I checked that there are logged issues: https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/issues/6326 But they haven't gotten much traction. We are considering to contribute to the development of a custom GA4 connector, but just want to make sure our work does not overlap with you or other contributors. Are you planning on working on it and how can we contribute?

Hi @Zlatan Ivanov, thank you for considering contributing! This question will find a better audience on our Connector Development forum. If you want to make sure your work does not overlap with ongoing efforts from the Airbyte team or the community I encourage you to check if an issue with the

new-connector

label exists for this connector. If not, please open this issue for the GA4 connector and assign it to yourself. Once it's done I'll reach to connector team on GitHub to make sure this initiative is not overlapping with the Google Analytics connector roadmap. Feel free to post the issue link in this thread. 🙏🏻
