Hi! I'm trying to add a custom connector, but it fails silently. I open the "New connector" modal, fill out the fields and hit "Add". After that, I can see the loading icon. Then the modal closes without any info and I'm ending up at the settings/account page. Airbyte Version 0.40.22 There doesn't seem to be anything helpful in the logs though:

I have the same problem

I could only fix it with downgrading to 0.40.14. Just created a ticket for it: https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/issues/19802

0.40.19 is pretty stable too - for custom connectors
