Hi team! I'm new to airbyte. I'm testing the connection to SurveyMonkey and I have the same error message. I suspect it might be that I'm using a free individual account for SM and can't create private apps, but before I pay for the upgrade, I want to confirm there's no way to make it work without it. hi @Lorena Berrón Cadenas, similar to the troubleshooting message you linked, your issue seems related to permissions so i’d suggesting reviewing your scopes. from the docs

Public apps use scopes to request permissions from app users during OAuth. Some scopes require your app’s users to have a paid SurveyMonkey plan.

we use private application so im not sure if its possible without it. i’d recommend hitting the API locally with your token to see what you can and cannot request
