What are the minimum egress and ingress ports required for an airbyte instance to successfully setup sources, destinations, and connections?

The only required ingress port would be the one used by the webapp (80). For the egress it really depends on the connector you use. For API sources / destinations I'd say that 443 is mandatory. For databases sources / destinations it depends of the instance you want to connect to.
