surprised they didn’t explicitly mention Dremio or Databricks, 2 of the popular lakehouse platforms :thinking_face: Also strange that <http://Firebolt.io|Firebolt.io> wasn’t listed!

writing one of these is hard, got to keep a lot of names in your head

also interestingly they only mentioned dbt in the semantic layer / metric layer instead of the other 5 players :stuck_out_tongue:

anyway, I suppose its easy for me to sit here and critique since I’m knee deep in the data space daily

what other 5 are there? also if youve come across a better overview piece id love to read a differing opinion
