False 😄 It's used by the server too to create the API

I followed that and it appears to only be used to create the JobNotifier for the ScheduleHandler in the ConfigurationApi. After consideration, I should have refined the question down to "How can I change the log url in notifications?"

WEBAPP_URL

looked like a possible candidate (since that's what the notification code uses), but I was worried it might also be used somewhere else. I think this might be a moot point however, since the helm chart does not provide a way to supply a custom value for this environment variable anyway.
