is there a way to specify the sync mode globally for all tables in the UI?

Based on the knowledge sources, there is no way to set a sync mode globally for all streams at once in the Airbyte UI. However, during connection creation, Airbyte does offer a shortcut: > Airbyte will ask how you would like data to be synced to the destination, and automatically select a sync mode for each stream depending on your input. The options presented at that stage are: • Replicate Source – copies data as-is (one row per source row) • Append Historical Changes – appends changes over time • Full Snapshot – full refresh with each sync This bulk selection only applies at connection creation time. After that, sync modes must be configured per stream individually by opening the sync mode dropdown for each stream in the Schema tab.
