Hi team Regarding Salesforce connecter, has anyone experienced receiving API data that does not match the value displayed in the Salesforce UI? We have a pipeline that does a full daily refresh on a schema (~133k records). However, we have an object we've been consistently pulling for the last few days with a field value that doesn't exactly match the value displayed in the UI, "Cancellation/Downgrade Complete" vs "Cancellation Complete". I'm wondering if the Salesforce connecter is pulling in the label value instead of the internal one? Has anyone else experienced discrepancies like this? Thanks in advance

Hi Nick, Looked into this - the Salesforce connector pulls the stored API values, not picklist labels. It uses standard SOQL queries via the REST or Bulk API, and there's no label/value remapping happening in the connector code. So the discrepancy you're seeing might be coming from Salesforce itself, not Airbyte. A few things to check: • Record Type picklist filtering - the SF UI can show different picklist values per Record Type, but the API always returns the actual stored value • Picklist value was renamed - if an admin changed it recently, the API returns whatever is currently stored Quick way to confirm: Run the same SOQL query in Salesforce Developer Console or Workbench (e.g.
SELECT Id, YourField FROM YourObject WHERE Id = 'the_record_id'
). If the result matches what Airbyte returns, the issue is on the Salesforce config side.
