You may want to try switching the load method on the destination between the direct write option and Cloud Storage staging

Yeah, that's a BigQuery connector configuration. By default, it uses

Batched Standard Inserts

Which is less efficient so if you are trying to write a large amount of data, it's better to use the

GCS Staging

option. It requires bucket config and all of that but should provide more stable loads with large datasets.
