Is there currently an outage? I'm struggling to get Airbyte Cloud to connect to either my postgres database or clickhouse database, both databases have correct firewall rules (the clickhouse database has no firewall....) but it's still failing with timeouts

The knowledge sources you provided do not contain any information about current or historical Airbyte Cloud outages, so I cannot confirm whether there is an active outage right now. From the docs, connection timeouts to databases are generally treated as connection errors or system errors at the connection level, and the UI will surface them on the Status / Connection pages with error messages to help diagnose next steps. [[Cloud status](https://docs.airbyte.com/platform/cloud/managing-airbyte-cloud/review-connection-status#connection-troubleshooting)] Given what we have: - For Postgres: similar timeout errors in the forums and GitHub issues have typically been caused by networking/firewall or connectivity issues between Airbyte and the database, even when the DB itself looks healthy. In one case with external Postgres on AWS RDS, the root cause was firewall rules between the on‑prem Airbyte server and the cloud Postgres that were silently rejecting some packets. [[External Postgres](https://discuss.airbyte.io/t/2179)] - For ClickHouse: timeouts can also be due to ClickHouse-side configuration (e.g., HTTP/JDBC timeouts) or network access; the ClickHouse destination docs emphasize ensuring the correct ports are reachable and, if needed, using SSH tunneling. [[ClickHouse dest setup](https://docs.airbyte.com/integrations/destinations/clickhouse#setup-guide)] Because there is no explicit mention of a platform-wide outage in the knowledge sources, I cannot attribute your issue to an outage rather than to connection-level/network issues. To move forward using only what’s in the docs: 1. Check the connection error details in the UI on the Status / Connection page to see whether Airbyte is flagging these as configuration vs. system errors. [[Cloud status](https://docs.airbyte.com/platform/cloud/managing-airbyte-cloud/review-connection-status#connection-troubleshooting)] 2. Re-test each source/destination configuration (Postgres and ClickHouse) from the Airbyte UI and confirm: - Host, port, username, password, and DB name are correct. - For ClickHouse, that the correct HTTPS/HTTP port is open and reachable from Airbyte Cloud as described in the ClickHouse destination setup guide. [[ClickHouse dest setup](https://docs.airbyte.com/integrations/destinations/clickhouse#setup-guide)] 3. If everything looks correct and you still see timeouts, the knowledge sources do not provide further Cloud-specific diagnostics; at that point, you’d likely need to contact Airbyte support or check any official status page, which is not referenced in the provided documents. Because the sources don’t include real-time status or outage information, I cannot definitively say whether there is an outage right now.
