Hi there, I am trying to Incremental Append MSSQL to Google Cloud Pub/Sub that goes to a function for ETL Table I want to start incrementally syncing has 300+ million rows, it's my understanding that the first sync is a full refresh. Is it possible to avoid a full sync/refresh
