• The Community Assistance Team is actively engaging with the Slack community to provide better and more rapid answers to Airbyte Users’ questions
• The various Advice* channels, the Airbyte-for-Beginners, and the Airbyte-for-power-users channels have been rolled into the
#C021JANJ6TY channel, a one-stop shop for answers to difficulties folks are having
• Many smaller or less-frequently-used channels have been archived to reduce the noise in the channel listings for our Community
• We’ll be expanding our Office Hours starting October 12th, including a dedicated Office Hours channel for asking questions in advance. (Terms and Conditions apply.)
• Significant changes to our back-end automations to help us better and more quickly serve the community.
