@gunu there are two parts of the issue, cdc and non-cdc, the one that you have linked will allow addition of new tables in non-cdc mode. The following issue is for supporting the feature in cdc mode https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/issues/15471 Yes there should be a formal announcement
