Hey there Airbyte team, thanks for making this awesome tool. I'm using the MySQL source and Postgres destination connectors that work great for `Full refresh | Overwrite`. However, the moment I try `Incremental | Deduped + history` I get an error. What am I missing?

Oh never mind. I've been staring at the form for a week and only _just_ noticed the tiny grey dropdown triangle under cursor field. All good now. :keanu-thanks:
