Hey everyone, I'm researching knowledge base software, and a key feature for me is integration with Airbyte so we can easily extract data into our own database. I'm reviewing this page but find it difficult to filter source providers. It would be great to have attributes or filtering options here since it's often hard to understand what a company does just by its name. On that note, does anyone know if any of the sources Airbyte supports provide knowledge base software?

Hi! Regarding knowledge base software, are you using a tool already? If not, we support these sources: • Zendesk • Confluence • Freshdesk • Intercom • Notion Having tags or categories is a great suggestion! We don't have that currently planned to add, but we've entertained adding use case tags to our connector metadata in the past, and this is a good use case for why. You can also browse our available connectors here that fit what you're looking for. (I've prefiltered for the Sales/Customer Success categories): https://airbyte.com/connectors?connector-categories=sales-customer-success-analytics#top

One thing I'd add is that the no-code Builder makes it super easy to add integrations for platforms like this too (while they tend to have a lot of data, it's rarely huge or super complex) So if you end up needing to use a platform without an existing connector for business reasons, just make sure it has a REST API with the data you're looking for and you could probably whip something up pretty easily. Honestly it's such a great reason to use Airbyte because then no matter what platforms you end up in, as long as they have an API you'll likely be able to get the data you need.
