When a new version of a connector is released, your existing connections do not automatically upgrade to the new version. This is to prevent any potential breaking changes from affecting your current data syncs. However, you will be notified of the new version and given the option to upgrade. For major updates, it's a two-step opt-in process: 1. Opt-in to the update on the settings page. 2. Accept the update for each individual connection using the affected connector. This allows you to review and potentially adjust the connection settings before applying the update. If a breaking change occurs due to a new major connector version, the connection may be disabled and you'll need to manually upgrade the connector after reviewing the changes. If an existing primary key or cursor field is removed, the connection will automatically be disabled. You must review and fix the changes before editing the connection or resuming syncs.
