Our data team wants to use open source Airbyte but Infosec team in our company wants some kind indemnification from Airbyte company in case of security issues or hacks that could happen. For reference we are deploying Airbyte on our own EKS but need some kind of legal indemnification to cover the company (us). can someone from Airtbyte legal help?

08/12/2022, 6:00 AMBut FYI this is a hard ask. I’ve never seen any company provide legal indemnification for using their open-source edition. If you want legal indemnification, you need to get a licensed version.
