Considering support for multi-table queries, has anyone considered allowing a table suffix to be defined in a synchronization rather than a prefix?

For sure! - I also have an idea for including a “tags” option to hit at the row level - (i.e. _ airbyte_tags bolted onto the row schema similar to “airbyte_emitted_at” Guessing second feature request?
