Hi all! I'm getting this message when trying to test Slack webhook -
"Webhook test failed. Please verify that the webhook URL is valid."
after some research, I found that other people are having the same issue on 0.50.7 version - https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/issues/25007 did anyone solve this? it's preventing us from adding a new webhook because we're not able to save changes in case the test is failing

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with setting up Slack webhook notifications in Airbyte. Based on the information provided in the extracts, it seems that some users have encountered similar issues in the past. However, there's no specific solution mentioned in the extracts for the issue you're facing with version 0.50.7. Here are some general steps you can follow to set up Slack notifications, as mentioned in the [Airbyte documentation](https://docs.airbyte.com/operator-guides/configuring-sync-notifications): 1. Set up a bot in Slack and generate a webhook URL. 2. In Airbyte, navigate to Settings and then click on Notifications. 3. Paste the copied webhook URL in
Connection status Webhook URL
. 4. Decide whether you want notifications on sync successes, failures, or both and toggle the sliders accordingly. 5. Click
Save changes
. If you've followed these steps and are still encountering issues, it might be a good idea to reach out to the Airbyte community on their [Slack](https://slack.airbyte.com) or [forum](https://discuss.airbyte.io) for further assistance. You can post your question in the relevant channels such as #help-connections-issue or #help-infrastructure-deployment. If the issue persists, it might be a bug related to the specific Airbyte version you're using. In that case, reporting it on the [Airbyte GitHub](https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte/issues) would be a good step.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with setting up Slack notifications in Airbyte. Based on the information provided in the extracts, it seems that this issue has been encountered by other users as well. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue: 1. Check the webhook URL: Make sure that the webhook URL you're using is correct. You can verify this by testing the webhook URL outside of Airbyte, for example, using curl as mentioned in the [forum post](https://discuss.airbyte.io/t/4295). 2. Check the Airbyte version: The user in the forum post mentioned that they were able to successfully test the webhook on Airbyte version 0.40.32. If possible, you might want to try testing the webhook on a different version of Airbyte. 3. Check the logs: The [troubleshooting guide](https://docs.airbyte.com/troubleshooting) recommends checking the logs for detailed information about what's happening behind the scenes. This might help you pinpoint the root cause of the problem. 4. Reach out to the community or open a Github ticket: If you're still unable to resolve the issue after trying the above steps, you might want to reach out to the Airbyte community on their [forum](https://discuss.airbyte.io/) or open a Github ticket. The Airbyte team and community are usually very responsive and might be able to provide further assistance. Remember to follow the [instructions](https://docs.airbyte.com/operator-guides/configuring-sync-notifications) for setting up Slack notifications on Airbyte carefully. If you're still having trouble, don't hesitate to ask for help.

The webhook is 100% correct and we currently don't want to change the Airbyte version if it's really not necessary because we find this version working good for us. I'll open the GitHub issue although there is already the same issue without any response from Airbyte team.
