Airbyte Cloud does support user management, but it doesn't support role-based access control (RBAC) yet [source](https://docs.airbyte.com/operator-guides/security). There are ongoing discussions and plans for implementing user management and SSO login support, specifically via Okta, but these are primarily targeted at Airbyte Cloud [source](https://airbytehq.slack.com/archives/C021JANJ6TY/p1665605453570759). In summary, while you can create and manage workspaces in Airbyte OSS, user management is not currently supported. If you need user management, you may want to consider using Airbyte Cloud.
