Normalization operations

Hello there 👋, I'm migrating from Airbyte OSS to Airbyte Cloud. I use the Snowflake destination and for every connectors that I have (2000+ so created via the REST API), I want to setup the standard normalization. However, I do not see a possibility to create / set operations via the REST API. How can I achieve that?
