There also haven’t been release notes published in over a month. Is the Airbyte core team moving too fast?

Hi @Sean Zicari, that's our miss! We're working on a plan internally to ensure we deliver more frequent product release notes.
In the meantime, you can refer to our September announcement about some of the changes we pushed in August, particularly some major improvements to our Postgres connector: https://airbytehq.slack.com/archives/C01A4CAP81L/p1694109492435329

I have seen improvements in the way the entire stack runs. I don’t mean to sound so negative. I’ve gotten into many situations where a sync job fails, and one persistent case where there’s a varchar field in the database that is apparently not long enough for an insert that is trying to happen when I upgrade the built-in connectors.

Things like this, and nobody else apparently experiencing them, can be difficult to weather.

Appreciate you sharing the feedback - it helps us understand where we can continually improve!
In regards to the issues you saw, were you able to attend the open office hours and share more detail there?

No, but I can aim to do so when my schedule allows. Thanks for letting me know that’s the appropriate place to do so.
