Hey! Are deadlines for text and video tutorials submission the same as for connectors(End of 31 augutst)? And are post upvotes and video views calculated after 31 August?

How do we participate for written tutorials? The link redirects to a list of Hackathon issues which I guess are related to building the actual connectors
