Im able to log in into Jira with the user and the API token is correct. in addition, under manage API tokens in atlassian admin, we can see that the token was used to access the platform. any ideas what should be done?

Hi @Keren Guz this is a permission problem, the token could be valid but maybe it does not has to permission to consume the

resolution

endpoint. Could you please try to consume this endpoint using your token and a tool such as

curl
