Has anyone worked on a delta table destination connector without going via databricks? I know there is a starburst destination available but that only supports apache iceberg.

To clarify, we use both spark, and trino and I would like to go airbyte straight to delta.

Each stream is written to its own delta-table. This connector requires a JDBC driver to connect to the Databricks cluster. However, there is no direct mention of a Delta Lake destination connector that works without going via Databricks. The Starburst Galaxy destination mentioned syncs data to Starburst Galaxy in Apache Iceberg table format, not Delta Lake.
