Hello All octavia wave! We are improving our CDC Sources that use normalization! We are doing this by making updates to how the cursor field is defined for sources that allow CDC. This will dramatically simplify Airbyte’s destination code, and bring CDC syncs in-line with the Airbyte Protocol. The update is deploying on Wednesday July 13th. If you have a source that utilizes CDC and normalization, upon upgrading the connector version please choose one of the following options to allow your data to continue to sync successfully: Option 1: Run a full reset. Option 2: In your destination, you can drop your SCD tables and once all your SCD tables have been dropped run a new sync. The next sync will recreate them. #AlwaysKeepImproving!
