Got this working in the end if anyone needs help setting this up for Kubernetes / Prometheus Operator. Odd that the documentation was removed 😕

I have currently deployed it just before the docs went down. I am using prometheus operator and service monitor.

They still have it in the airbyte/airbyte repo in previous commits @Simon Thelin
