Ok. thanks. And which mode(s) would you recommend for a source table that has insertions/deletions/updates?

If you have a small data load, full refresh will replicate the entire data set as is each time, so it's a guaranteed option

if the data set is huge and growing, incremental dedup is a better option

Airbyte doesn't do proper deletes today, so we aren't able to propagate deletes

If the source database supports CDC, and that is turned on, there be a `deleted_at` column that subsequent queries can use to determine if the data was deleted
