i try to access source/destination with hostname only then i add extra_hosts in docker compose but when Airbyte create new worker container and its not build with my extra_hosts that i already add in the beginning. is there any solution?

Right now we don't have any out of the box way to do this? Can you help us understand your usecase on why you want to do this ?
