We do not in the OSS version. We recommend users run OSS Airbyte in an internal VPC or behind something like Identity Proxy

I’m not familiar with FGAC and SCIM - can you say more?

FGAC = Fine Grained Access Controls. SCIM = System for cross domain identity management.
