but I am not seeing the “Builder” tab. What are we missing?

Hi Evan, the Connector Builder is available in version

0.44.5

of airbyte. I realize that this version is not listed on the releases page of the airbyte repo - we are looking into why that is the case, but

0.44.5

is indeed the most recent version of airbyte which includes the connector builder, as indicated in the airbyte-platform repo here
