When there is a non-breaking schema change with an incremental-dedupe sync, if I reset the stream upon accepting the schema changes, do I lose my SCD history up to that point?

Hmm, I don't know enough to give you a confident answer yet. However, you can refer to the Airbyte documentation on incremental sync and deduped history [here](
https://docs.airbyte.com/understanding-airbyte/connections/incremental-deduped-history
) for more information.

The webapp will prompt a modal asking to you if you want to reset the data
