I asked my husband and he said he recalls it is a feed from James' separate systems. He said he thinks it was a daily schedule file that was read. Not sure if that helps he never worked on it much

Good morning, @User, @User, @User, @User, and @User. I drafted a PR review process is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/162BgXOanUcipaPQRASWqKMfiWpAsPjTGGxk9_EG3F9I/edit?usp=sharing. This is content only, no letterhead or styling has been applied. It contains a process that I have witnessed working very well. That being said, MOS, this is your document so please adjust it as you see fit. I encourage you to think of the PR process not as a bureaucratic process that slows you down but instead as a tool to help you learn new approaches, have a broader set of considerations on your code, and to reduce technical debt and errors.
A consideration is notifications, each user is able to modify the notifications in Github to fit their workflow. Assigning everyone as the reviewer on all PRs may become chatty. Documentation on notifications is here: https://docs.github.com/en/account-and-profile/managing-subscriptions-and-notifications-on-github/setting-up-notifications/configuring-notifications
