hey everyone, I'm running into an issue with Airbyte Self Deploy where the entire instance is just hanging

All of my syncs are frozen and I can't even setup a new connection or refresh the schema (they won't load)

When I run

docker ps

it looks like the worker keeps restarting? Not sure what to do here it's been like this a few days 😞 Any help is much appreciated!
