Hello, I am working with Airbyte cloud and we have some unexpected cost infers by Airbyte due to unintentional data quantity processing. Furthermore, the actually data loaded into our destination is way less than the amount that is appear on the stream console but we still get charged for the bigger number, is there anyway that we can work this out and possibly not get additional charged for this? We performed an emergency refresh, but data is still missing, and the missing records have ingestion timestamps both before and after the refresh. The website states that Airbyte Cloud charges $10 per million rows for databases, but they do not explicitly clarify whether this fee is prorated for partial millions of rows or if there is a minimum charge of $10 for syncing any number of rows up to 1 million. In other words, if I sync 0.25M rows, will I pay $2.5 or $10?

Hi everyone — I’m exploring Airbyte for our ingestion process and have some questions to determine whether Airbyte suits our needs and which plan we should choose, because I found the website unclear. Our needs: • Achieve SOC 2 compliance as much as possible. • Support separation between customers (multi-tenancy). We will have a bunch customers and need isolation per customer/tenant. • Each tenant should have its own connector credentials (we will mostly use custom connectors). BUT the connectors behaviour suppose to be shared. • Extract data via connectors into a separate S3 bucket (or separate S3 prefix) for each customer/tenant. • Can we create an S3 path (prefix) before pushing data into it? Thanks — any pointers on plan features, deployment options, and how Airbyte handles multi-tenancy and S3 destinations would be very helpful.

HI @Henry Mattingly We’ve submitted a ticket to Airbyte Cloud for the Amazon Ads connector. The connector fails to connect in the UI with a 400 Bad Request, even though the credentials are valid and work via curl. It looks like the issue is related to how Airbyte Cloud handles the credentials. Awaiting support guidance.

Hi 👋, We’re currently facing issues setting up the Amazon Ads source in Airbyte Cloud. We’ve entered Client ID, Client Secret, and Refresh Token manually, but when testing the source we get:

Configuration check failed  
Error: 400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: <https://api.amazon.com/auth/o2/token>

Screenshot attached for reference. Has anyone run into this error before or knows what might be causing it? We’re also seeing about a 20% discrepancy with Meta (Facebook) Ads conversions vs. front-end numbers and have a validation Excel we can share if needed.

is there a specific tier of airbyte cloud that allows modifying/creating connections and sources using the airbyte api?

Howdy! I have been running airbyte OSS for some time, in order to see our actuall daily ingestion volume, and from what I gather based on a $2.5 per credit, we would end up running somewhere between $150-$200 for the standard version a month. Heres my question, If I wanted to ingest a large amount of data upfront (something like 50gb and ~50m records of data) for our advertising sources, would there be a large cost upfront, or could I pull all of that historical data during my free trial, and then just pay for our syncs each month after? I am trying to price this tool, and from what I gather the only thing I want to see is if I can just transfer a ton of data from our sources into our new db with airbyte during the free trial (without incurring a huge bill). thanks!
