a
hi, can you please elaborate ?
you are on cloud or on self hosted ?

Is there a pricing difference? Because that chatbot told me otherwise, maybe its an AI hallucination 😅😅
a
no there is no pricing difference
I was just telling you
you bought on cloud and not via a self hosted instance
dm'd you your key so you can use it on self hosted instances but just to be clear you cancelled your subscription so you will return to free on the 25th of sep

No worries , I am just planning to test for now. For future reference, where can I renew the licence for the selfhosting ?
a
in self hosting you have the billing page inside the platform admin
from there you will be able to manage your sub and payments just like you do on cloud
y
Oh ok, thanks 🌹
