Hey everyone 👋 I'm Filipe, a Customer Support & Technical Support Specialist with 5+ years of experience, including a stint at Automattic supporting WordPress, WooCommerce, and Jetpack users at scale. I also built an AI support agent (Voiceflow + RAG) at L4VA to handle recurring questions and cut ticket noise before it ever hits the team, so I like to think a few steps ahead. I've been around Discord long enough to spot spam and scammers from a mile away, and I'd genuinely love to contribute here beyond just support, moderation, docs, whatever the team needs. I'm proactive and comfortable wearing a lot of hats, so if something needs doing, I'm your guy. Had the pleasure of chatting with Kareem already and I'm really looking forward to seeing where I can add value. Happy to jump in wherever it's useful! 🚀 Btw @Hazem Adel , I love Killua as well, I have drawn him on my wall actually 😄 him and Gon eheh
