Hi all, just cloned the repository and trying a test workflow. The workflow seems to complete but it does not show in 'recent runs' history. Any idea on how I can debug?

testing a flow doesn't create a run in the runs list
you can hit test flow at the top of the trigger
or you can publish your flow
and trigger it
and it will show up in the runs list

why don't you run in docker
instead of running in dev mode

and run it
