Wet blending isn't too hard. You have your two paints ready to go. Put your shadow tone down (like in the creases of a cloak) then quickly rinse your brush and go to your mid tone. Put that on and work it into the edge of the still wet shadow tone. The two wet paints mix along the edge and create a smoother transition blend.
