    Question : on the bloatfly the top pair of ‘wings’ (not painted) are not actually wings are they? They look more like a shell cover for the wings no rather than functional wings… thinking if I should paint these different

    Yes those are the chitinous covers for the wings, like more hard-shelled bug. Insects? things.

    Wow, got destroyed on our first attempt, that was brutal

    Yeah, this is one of the low key harder fights. Some of the higher levels can swing fast, but this was hard to sustain and not blow up

    that makes me feel better, my wife was asking me if we were playing it wrong because it was so hard lol

    Also who you have as a party drastically effects how the battles go. Don’t fret and just have fun knowing that the deepwood will not hesitate to kill you.

    we did also learn not to use the might decks during the story portion, we went in with them in really bad shape, and got ambushed

    The decks reset when you go into combat. Hopefully this helps for future fights

    If you group finds itself with not so favorable decks to draw from, remember that you can always use your position card to reset the decks and even the odds out

    Been busy painting the beastie. Again trying to copy artwork colours as much as possible. Just base and some finishing touches left to complete

    Some pictures from the fight. Very almost out first tpk. The witch held it together for us and did loads of damage with her fire tokens. Lots of injury cards to draw now. Ouch

    just finished this chapter and it was tremendously fun but not super challenging. for those who have finished the campaign, which chapters were the hardest for you? dont want spoilers, just the name of the chapters (sorry if this type of question isnt allowed)

    This is a hard question to answer, because with different team comps the battles feel different. I would say 1 in every 3 are hard fights. There are a couple easier fights then a harder one. Some mechanics that could be difficult for one character are easy for different character.

    Chapter 16 and 20 tends to be really rough for many people
