afaik, that's all just placeholder to load the panel scripts
when I was working on devtool, I spent a good couple of hour trying to find where the heck did they even render the devtool page lol

like you can tell they don't give a shit about that section of the doc, all the screenshot are like chrome 40 or some lol
I had to reference the react devtool a bunch lol

i swear this mentality is just something the chrome dev team follows with all of their apis
altho i guess this is good, cuz this is why we have stuff like plasmo haha
