In prodcution, we're seeing pretty low cache utilization. At least thats what the metrics tell us as far as I can tell. looking at

spicedb_dispatch_check_total

and

spicedb_dispatch_client_check_from_cache_total

Are these the right metrics for that? what might we be able to do to to get more checks from cache we we are seeing total checks at ~400/s and check from cache around ~10/s
