Hello, guys! I have a question regarding a SpiceDb Cluster update procedure. 
Right now I have a SpiceDb cluster running version 1.23.1 with an operator v1.6.0. The datasource is Postgres. Everything is configured within Kubernetes.
I'd like to update my cluster to a latest version. In order to do that, I have to update my operator via 
```kubectl apply --server-side -f "https://github.com/authzed/spicedb-operator/releases/download/v1.25.0/bundle.yaml"
```

And then apply new cluster spec with a 
```
status:
  version:
    name: v1.53.0
    channel: stable
```

In this case, the operator will gradually update my cluster and datastore version by version until 1.53.0, or should I apply spec by configuration from 1.23.1, 1.24.0... until it reaches 1.53.0?
