Hey team, we are previously using spicedb 1.44.4 version and due to vulnerabilities we had to upgrade to 1.49.1 version. We have observed that schema write is too slow now. We have around 500 lines of schema ( of multiple tenants) and everytime we try to append new schema it's taking more than 10 seconds to update it. Is there something we are missing like config? Appreciate the help Thanks
