Hi i am using otel flags for export tracing , and i need passing headers to my endpoint but there are no flag for that . I tried also to put env of otel_exporter_otlp_headers but it not recognized in spicedb .

what's the use case?

We want to see exactly the actions we take in spicedb , to see the logs if something is failed.

the traces include grpc methods and grpc status codes. what are the other parts that you're missing?
