Is anyone using SpiceDB as the primary source of truth for entity relationships (ownership, membership, etc.), not just as an authorization cache synced from your main database? How’s that working for you? The more I think about it, the more I struggle to justify the traditional “store relationships in Postgres, sync to SpiceDB” pattern
