You already posted in help, and in another’s help question on something else. You don't need to post general message on needing help in another place, especially with no info on your issue.

I just want people to know

I know you are frustrated with not being able to start a project, someone posted right above you about not being able to create a project with a link to the status page and someone answered your post in help with same info. And spamming probably was not the right phrase, multiple posts in different sections on same thing is frowned on.
