What is the fail2ban policy on the PROD deployment? I accidentally used wrong password twice (
psql
from CLI) and now i cant connect and my app hosted on the server is failing too. Any way to unban my ip?

thanks. Hmm it's been around 13 minutes, i will give it a few more. It's definitely fail2ban i can connect from different server just fine.
and i know i messed up the passwords

That reference is almost a year old when they rolled out 13.

Yeah support was prompt and helpful! For the record > The defaults in fail2ban include a week's ban and "find-time" of 24 hours. Support can whitelist your IPs
