so if i am not wrong, we cant use oauth login in local development with docker ?

The docs explain how to add google credentials via docker env file (under 'GoTrue') You may need to use a service like ngrok to point a URL towards your local env, or setup a temporary cname domain alias to point to your local env to be able to test.
