It toggles and saves fine for me on Firefox. If it is a bug, you should post it under issues on github supabase/supabase.

It does not matter about browser. I have two project. The one is fine. the other is a problem.

Pooling was added at some point, is the project that does not work older? Edit it was longer ago than I thought... 4/2021

The project is created at May 2022... Should I try to delete it and create new one?

You probably need to contact support on this. Without any errors or clues it is hard to go much further on what the issue is. Unless there is some brand new bug on new deployments (and no one else has noticed/reported yet) I find nothing like this in general search of issues.
